The title says it all. I post an original photo (nearly) every day, and write a few comments on each one. They're not all great photos, and they don't all show perfect photographic technique (I'm way too fond of chance and happy accidents to always aim for perfection). I hope they are all interesting.

Nishika Camera
This photo was taken with a Nishika camera. You can read about the Nishika camera here in my other blog. Basically, they were made to produce lenticular photos, like those 3D postcards you sometimes see in gift shops. I haven't used it to make very many lenticular shots. Instead, I've taped plastic and other materials over one or more of the four lenses to distort and diffuse the view.
This photo was taken along Cicero Avenue in Chicago, a couple of miles south of Midway airport.
