The title says it all. I post an original photo (nearly) every day, and write a few comments on each one. They're not all great photos, and they don't all show perfect photographic technique (I'm way too fond of chance and happy accidents to always aim for perfection). I hope they are all interesting.

Brownie Infrared
I bought ten rolls of infrared film a couple of months ago, with plans to try it in my reverse lens Kodak Brownie Hawkeye camera. Of course, to get the good infrared look you need foliage, which is in short supply in February in Chicago. I had plans to go to the Lincoln Park Conservatory over spring break, but it wasn't sunny enough, and other things came up. I finally made it there last weekend, and this is the first shot from the roll I shot (part there and part in my yard). It looks like the infrared film will work well in that camera. I just need to figure out what to shoot with it now.
