The title says it all. I post an original photo (nearly) every day, and write a few comments on each one. They're not all great photos, and they don't all show perfect photographic technique (I'm way too fond of chance and happy accidents to always aim for perfection). I hope they are all interesting.

Inauguration Day
Finally, after eight long, painful years, the miserable Bush administration comes to an end. I have high hopes for president Obama, I think the country needs him right now.
I tried to find a photo for today's post that fit the inauguration theme, and I think I did pretty well. It's the U.S. flag, (as envisioned by artist Nam June Paik), and it was shot in Washington, DC at the Hirshhorn Museum, one of my favorite museums in DC.
