Hiking in the Cascades last week, I followed a trail to a partially frozen mountain lake. A guy was there with his three young sons and a dog. The kids were so photogenic in their floppy hats, fishing in the lake, that I had to shoot a few photos. The dad didn't mind, I suspect I wasn't the first one to do so.
